Posterous.com is a great free way to market your podcasts, blog posts, Squidoo lenses, videos, etc – it has a great screen capture (bookmarklet) facility that will turn the capture into a blog post immediately for you. Posterous has a PR 7 ranking and is ranked 512 in the US on Alexa. Example: http://ronpass.posterous.com
